The main perpetratrors of the Bali bombing in 2002, Umar Patek is ready to be prosecute by the distric court in Denpasar.
According to the the Pr of Denpasar District Court – Amzer Simanjuntak on monday that there are rumours about Umar patek will be facing trial in Bali but he didn’t received the information yet.
“There not yet any news about that but supposed it will be held in Bali then the Denpasar distrcit court will be ready,” he said.
Amzer also explain that the trial can be done at Denpasar or Jakarta but it must have the decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights.
Ideally it in Denpasar but it depends on the decision later so it can be held elsewhere like in Jakarta.
